How I get involved: I have been a part of UW Society of Addictions Awareness as an Internal Communications Director, UW Lions Club as VP Design, and UW Supporting SickKids as a Marketing Coordinator. I have been an active member in the Science Society and this term, I will be starting a new role as a marketing coordinator! Recently, I have also had the opportunity to volunteer as a research assistant in the Brain and Body lab. This is my first year as a Science Ambassador as well as an orientation leader before the start of this term! :)

Why University of Waterloo?
I chose University of Waterloo because of its mission of providing advance learning and knowledge through teaching, research, and scholarship, under a warm and supportive environment. As well, it offers excellent research-oriented education to students. My ultimate decision of choosing this university was when I visited several hosted tours, where I had the opportunity to explore the campus and its community!
