Introducing the UWSA Suggestion Box

You asked for it, and we made it: We’re testing out an anonymous form on the UWSA website so you can comfortably provide feedback, give us suggestions, tip us off about concerns, or whatever else you need to do. Harmful comments will be deleted, but our Operations Team will read everything else and pass feedback on to wherever it needs to go.

If you have questions or need support, we encourage you to reach out in a non-anonymous way so we can help:

• Email gspencer@uwaterloo.ca for advocacy or support navigating workplace issues.
• Email uwsa@uwaterloo.ca for other questions: Our membership and volunteer coordinator, Carly Richardson, or another staff member will triage your email and make sure it gets to the right person.
• Use the suggestion box but check off the option to enter your email so we can respond to you. This might take longer than emailing us directly.

Anonymous forms like this can be tricky, so we’re going to evaluate this initiative in June and decide whether to make it an ongoing feature.
