Features/functionality
- added a "Waterloo Events" listing block, to display content from the Waterloo Events site
- added support for banners using local videos (Vimeo support still to come)
- added support for "single page" style banners
- added two new "faded background" style banners, replacing the placeholder for "home page" style banners
Fixes/updates
- made catalog search work when the catalog title has characters or words that are automatically modified or removed from the URL
fixed an issue where authentication-required sites would intermittently not show the login page to unauthenticated usersfixed an issue where logging into an authentication-required page would intermittently redirect to the wrong destination after logging in- fixed an issue where users could not be edited on sites that were created before the local password policy was enabled

Theming changes

- ensured extra options for facts and figures migrate over
- added MailChimp block migration
- ensured all possible attributes and settings of forms migrate over
- ensured migrated promo items show the header unless set to not do so
