New Academic Calendar and Curriculum Management solution coming fall 2023
The Academic Calendar and Curriculum Management project team (a partnership between the Office of the Registrar, Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs, and Information Systems and Technology) is pleased to provide a progress update on the implementation of the new academic calendar and curriculum management software, Kuali Curriculum Management.
Following the selection of Kuali in June 2022, the project team met with the vendor on routine basis to learn about the purchased modules and has consulted with key stakeholders to complete a business process review, identify organizational curricular needs, configure databases and workflows, and create curriculum management forms for undergraduate and graduate courses, programs/plans, and academic regulations.
The next phase of the project, planned for spring 2023, involves data migration and validation. Training on Kuali Curriculum Management is scheduled to commence in fall 2023, with implementation to follow in late fall 2023.
