Alumni (Postdoc 2017-2019)
Before joining the Autonomous Systems Lab, Pamela earned her Ph.D in Computer Science at Université Bretagne-Sud in France under the supervision of Professors Sylvie Gibet and Pierre-François Marteau. Her work lied at the intersection of human motion analysis, character animation and affective computing. She worked on the definition of compact motion representations that are both suitable for the analysis and generation of human expressive bodily motions. She was also part of the Expression team at the French Research Institute in Computer Science and Random Systems (IRISA).
