Erica Di Pede

My name is Erica! I was born and raised in Toronto - did my undergraduate degree in chemical engineering at the University of Toronto and now doing my PhD in Biochemical Engineering focused on antimicrobial substrate development. I love hot yoga, running and going to music festivals. One of my goals this year is to try as many different ramen places in the city as I can (currently 15 down).
