Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will take place in Engineering 7-2409. Speakers should upload their talk (USB or download from cloud) or bring their own laptops to the room before their session to test their setup. There is HDMI (standard size) and DVI hooks up available.
Poster Presentations
The poster session will take place in the Engineering 7 - 2nd floor event space. Poster boards along with poster numbers and mounting tacks will be provided for each poster. Please remain at your poster for the first 45 min of the session so that judges can come by and ask you questions about your posters. Two awards with cash prizes will be presented at the conference dinner based on these results. Poster boards are 4 x 5.
