The conference will take place in Engineering 7 (E7 - Monday, May 29th & Tuesday, May 30th) on the University of Waterloo campus. We have reserved blocks of rooms for students on campus but the Delta Hotel is also a short walk away for those interested in a regular hotel.
On campus Summer Accomodations
Ron Eydt Village (REV) offers single or double dorm rooms at $55.00 + tax/night single/double occupancy.
MacKenzie King Village (MKV) offers suite type accomodations at the following rates:
- $149 + tax/night for a 4-bedroom suite
- $119 + tax/night for a 3-bedroom suite (fourth bedroom will be locked)
- $105 + tax/night for a 2-bedroom suite (third & fourth bedroom will be locked)
All on campus accomodations include free Wi-Fi, parking for one vehicle, linens & towels upon check in, daily cleaning of hallways/common areas and weekly linen/towel exchange.
