Collaborative art installation - 2nd floor main lobby. Join participants throughout the day adding thoughts, comments, images to a collective response to the Climate Con.
- Raffle draw for prizes - All participants are entered into the draw upon registration. Win more entries by completing the poster scavenger hunt and adding to the art installation.
- Popular vote for poster competition: QR codes will bring participants to a survey to vote for their favourite poster.
- Photo booth with digital take-home images (starting at 4pm) - Participants can take shots of themselves for a keepsake image to take with them at the end of the day.

We will start the day by sharing an Indigenous circle with Elder Myeengun Henry.
9:45AM - 10:30AM - Keynote: Ashoke Mohanraj - Rm: 1004
UWaterloo Alum Ashoke Mohanraj's keynote address will focus on dealing with eco-anxiety, advocacy, climate change communication and people-centred climate action, followed by a Q&A session.
From building clean tech solutions to working for the RCMP, to writing children's books, he has worn several different hats over the years. Ashoke was recognized as Canada's top 25 under 25 environmentalists by Starfish Canada, a top 30 under 30 sustainability leader by Corporate Knights, and one of Canada's Clean50 Emerging Leaders by Clean 50 Canada for his work in climate education and communication.
