CareNext Coalition

Enabling more personalized, convenient and accessible health-care experiences

The CareNext Coalition is a unique partnership between the Waterloo Regional Health Network (formerly Grand River Hospital and St. Mary’s General Hospital) and the University of Waterloo.

The coalition brings together clinicians, researchers and entrepreneurs to create educational programming, to test drive technological advances and to create integrated health care systems that will reach people where they are.

This work will enable more personalized, convenient and accessible health-care experiences achieved through cost-effective solutions that enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

Virtual event | June 27 | 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.

The future of care starts before you're sick:
How a WRHN team is changing the game in heart health

The CareNext Collective is hosting a virtual event that shines a spotlight on the PREVENT Clinic – a pioneering initiative that challenges traditional care pathways and demonstrates what happens when practitioners coordinate across silos and intervene earlier to prevent cardiovascular disease.

Learn from the visionary team at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) who brought the clinic to life, including practitioners, partners and the patients whose lives have been positively impacted by this preventative approach to care.
