What can I do if the negative behaviour I am experiencing involves email, texting or social media?
The Conflict Management and Human Rights Office (CMAHRO) has developed a Social Media Abuse Help Page that has information about how to respond to offensive or harassing social media messages
Remember: If you are experiencing any kind of behaviour that is having a negative impact on you, it is important to seek help. You can get help from the CMAHRO or from Counselling Services.
Criminal harassment (stalking) can also take place online and is a matter for the police. If you are feeling threatened or unsafe, contact Campus Police
