This week, Professor Clark Dickerson is headed to Raleigh, North Carolina for the 40th annual American Society of Biomechanics (ASB) Conference.
The ASB aims to encourage and foster the exchange of information and ideas among biomechanists working in different disciplines and fields of application, including biological sciences, ergonomics, and health sciences.
Professor Dickerson is presenting a student paper in an Ergonomics and Biomechanics session entitled "The Influence of Task Rotation Parameters on Task-Specific Shoulder Strength and Perceived Exertion in Females" by Kristen Dickhout and Kathleen MacLean.
Professor Dickerson hopes that networking with other biomechanists at the conference will create opportunities for more international collaborative work!
