Jeremy Pittman is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo and an Adjunct Professor with the School of Environment, Resources, and Sustainability at the University of Waterloo, the School of Environment and Sustainability at the University of Saskatchewan, and the Biology Department at the University of Prince Edward Island. His research focuses on governance and social-ecological networks for community-based conservation and sustainability with a focus on terrestrial and marine systems.
