Join us for the UWaterloo Handmade Charity Market, a student-led charity event supporting the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society.

📅 Date: January 16, 2026
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: E7 Second Floor Event Space, University of Waterloo

University of Waterloo students will be selling a variety of handmade crafts, including crochet items, jewelry, stickers, art prints, cards, and more. All vendor booth fees and donations collected during the event will be donated directly to KWHS to support animals waiting for their forever homes.

Admission is free, and visitors are welcome to browse, shop, and support the cause at their own pace. Attendees may also participate in a small donation-based activity: anyone who donates $1 or more will receive a printed photo or postcard of an animal currently available for adoption through KWHS.

This event is a great opportunity to support local animal welfare, discover unique student-made crafts, and learn more about adoption and volunteer opportunities with the Humane Society, all while enjoying a warm and welcoming campus atmosphere.

Please note: No food will be sold at this event, and no live animals will be present on campus.
