Waterloo Womxn + Nonbinary Wednesdays Year-end Picnic: Mapping Community and Care at UWaterloo

Wednesday, May 31, 2023 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

To wrap up our year-long exploration of “radical care,” Waterloo Womxn + Nonbinary Wednesdays will be mapping out our favourite spaces—hidden and not-so-hidden—for care and community at UW. Come learn about the best places to nap, stretch, yell, meet, caffeinate, write, pump, dance, scheme, pray, cry, and socialize on campus. Together, we’ll make a resource for ourselves and future womxn and nonbinary colleagues.

We’ll convene in the St. Jerome’s courtyard from noon to 1:00 p.m. You can join us there (see the circle on the map) or if you aren’t quite sure where to go, meet a W3+ rep on the path across Ring Road from STC (star on the map) at 11:55 p.m. Bring your lunch and some sunscreen!

The St. Jerome's courtyard is in the middle of the St. Jerome's University buildings. The meeting point to walk over is on the multi-use pathway on the far side of Ring Road across from the Science Teaching Complex.
