The Canadian Association for Food Studies (CAFS) will host its ninth annual assembly at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario from May 23 to 27, 2014, in conjunction with the 2014 Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences.

This year’s conference theme is “Borders without Boundaries: Exploring Collaboration in Food Studies.”
