Canadian Association for Food Studies CAFS’ 10th Annual Assembly: Capital Ideas – Nourishing Debates, Minds and Bodies (PDF), will be held from May 30 – June 2nd at the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Ontario, in association with the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
