The goal of this project is to develop a national evaluation framework for First Link® that will allow the Alzheimer Society of Canada to gather data to demonstrate the impact of First Link® on the health system and build a national case for long-term, sustainable funding. This is a multi-phase project and is expected to be completed in Fall 2022.
First Link® is a program of the Alzheimer Society that connects people living with dementia and their families to information, support services and education as early as possible and throughout the progression of the disease.
