- Improve clinical outcomes
- Improve care across the continuum
CFN provides partnership between 40 Canadian universities, 20 industry partners, over 30 governmental agencies, and over 140 community and health advocacy organizations.
We are currently conducting research in primary care for older adults with funding from the CFN.
In the past, the CFN has funded several GHS research initiatives pertaining health systems and older adults. For more information, see past CFN projects.
