Research Symposium Poster Presentation Form

The Sensing to Impact: Environmental Measurement and Monitoring Research Symposium will bring together researchers and community stakeholders for a one‑day collaborative event on advancing local environmental measurement and monitoring.

Date: April 17th, 2026
Location: Fed Hall, University of Waterloo.
Time: Poster presentations will be from 11am to 1pm, with setup from 8-8:30am.
 

We are looking for innovative research advancing environmental sensing and data to present to municipalities and community organizations.  

Project topics could include:

  • Measuring or monitoring of environmental parameters
  • Modelling the environment to predict future outcomes
  • Innovative environmental sensing technologies
  • Data tools that allow end users to interpret and make use of environmental data
