Survey on Harmonized WACH and Partnership Metrics

Friday, March 1, 2019

The Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research and McGill University, in partnership with HealthBridge, Université Laval, and the Regroupement stratégique en santé mondiale of the Réseau de recherche en santé des populations du Québec, invite your views on two issues: 1) women, adolescents and children’s health (WACH) priority themes for which harmonized metrics are needed and 2) your work on partnership assessment.

Are you involved in WACH projects? Do you assess how your global health partnerships work? If so, we invite you to participate in this 10-20-minute online survey! Your input will guide the development and field testing of harmonized, best evidence tools.

The aim of this survey is to engage a broad range of Canadian stakeholders from the global health community in documenting relevant metrics and data collection tools currently in use, and especially those metrics and tools which have been evaluated in terms of their validity or reliability.

The survey will close on March 31, 2019. From the survey responses obtained, the coalition will identify synergies and opportunities for harmonization of metrics and partnership assessment tools, highlighting equity-centred and actionoriented mechanisms that can support effective progress on WACH.
