  1. Sep. 19, 2022Postdoctoral fellows to receive extended access to University email and other systems

    What is happening? Postdoctoral fellows will receive extended access to their University of Waterloo email address and other University systems, including Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Eduroam, for a period of 16 months after their employment with the University ends. After this 16-month period, former postdoctoral fellows will retain access to their University email account only.

    To say that applying for a major scholarship is a team effort would be a definite understatement! The team includes you, your department co-ordinator and graduate officer/associate chair, your supervisor, referees and staff in Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA). In this blog post, I’ll go through specifically what the GSPA awards program team does to support and manage the scholarship competitions – giving you a bit of a behind-the-scenes peak into the process.
