KidsAbility is the leading provider of pediatric rehabilitation services in the Region of Waterloo and the County of Wellington, serving over 17,000 children annually with a wide range of developmental, physical, and communication needs. Over the past three years, we have leveraged analytics tools to thoroughly analyze utilization patterns and optimize the scheduling policies. In 2022 and 2023, we piloted and then fully implemented revised scheduling protocols for in-center programs, which have helped reduce the cancellation rate.
