This new platform is designed to enhance hiring procedures, deliver a better recruiting experience for candidates, and provide University administrators with information to support data-driven decision-making.
Streamlined recruitment and hiring processes are available through Workday Recruiting, which will simultaneously reduce the hiring timelines and improve efficiency, consistency, and tracking. New features, such as the Jobs Hub and Talent Profiles, will enable the University to effectively find and select the most competent candidates for employment. More details regarding this next stage of the Strategic Talent Development Framework will be made available in late 2025.
This project was a concerted effort among a cross-functional team from Human Resources (HR), Information Systems & Technology (IST), Change Management, and Deloitte, our third-party implementation partner.
