1. Complete the Innovation Arena Core Facility Interest Form
- Interest forms are reviewed regularly by Innovation Arena Staff.
- If the request is something that can be accommodated at the facility, you will proceed to onboarding. Applications are generally processed within 5 business days.
- Prior to beginning the onboarding process, you will meet with an Innovation Arena staff member to assess your application. It is important to determine whether this work is feasible at our facility.
2. Complete Innovation Arena Core Facility Onboarding
- Once approved you will need to complete our onboarding process to be added to our systems and spaces. This will include:
- signing the Facility User Agreement
- completing our detailed Innovation Arena Core Facility Access Request Form
- completing individual onboarding forms for each individual working at our space
- Each individual will read and acknowledge the Code of Conduct and safety and operational policies
- completing any necessary safety training
