Deadline for requesting transcripts

UW NSERC Doctoral Ranking Meeting Tuesday, November 15, 2016

Transcripts - applicants must assign a transcript designate through NSERC's online application system in order to have their transcripts uploaded to their application. Students applying through Waterloo are to use 'gsoaward@uwaterloo.ca' as the designate. When prompted for the Family Name and Given Name, applicants should enter "Bilotta" and "Miranda" respectively. Students have until September 30th, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. to request their transcripts for their NSERC application. The Graduate Studies Office will evaluate the transcripts and calculate the averages for the last and previous years so that they are available for the departmental ranking meetings.  

Application - applicants wishing to apply for an NSERC Doctoral Scholarship through Waterloo are required to complete NSERC’s Form 201 and submit it using NSERC's online application system by October 14, 2016.
