The International Scanning Probe Microscopy Dijon 2013 is the 15th meeting in a continuing series of international meetings featuring research on scanning probe microscopy (SPM), sensors, and nanostructures that began in Seattle in 1999.
The ISPM Meeting will take place from June 30 - July 3, 2013, while the COST Action "AFM4 NanoMed & Bio" Meeting will be a full-day event on July 4, 2013.
