The 2014 International Scanning Probe Microscopy in Seoul, Korea is the 16th meeting in a continuing series of international meetings featuring research on scanning probe microscopy (SPM), sensors, and nanostructures that began in Seattle in 1999.
The deadline for abstract submission is March 15, 2014
Abstracts should be submitted through the conference website ispm2014.postech.ac.kr.
The 2014 ISPM will be run June 29 to July 2, 2014.
