ACM Teams and results

The ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM-ICPC) is an annual programming competition between universities all over the world. Teams from each university consist of three students, who are tasked to solve eight to twelve programming problems in five hours. Winners and rankings are determined based on the number of questions solved and the time taken to solve them.

Previously, teams from the University of Waterloo have won the regional competition in Ontario to compete in the ACM-ICPC World Finals. Since 1993, Waterloo students have consistently placed among the top universities internationally.

The teams listed below are those that have ranked among the top 20 universities in the ACM-ICPC World Finals.
