Micro and Nano-scale Transport Laboratory (MNT Lab) is located at the first floor of the Quantum-Nano Centre, QNC 1512, Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN). The laboratory has state-of-art facilities to conduct fundamental studies related to fluid transport processes which are occurring at micro and nano-scale with applications in key areas of energy, environment monitoring, and bio-systems. Associate Vice-President Research Sushanta Mitra has been named a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Election as a AAAS Fellow is an honor bestowed upon AAAS members by their peers. Each year the Council elects members whose efforts on behalf of the advancement of science or its applications are scientifically or socially distinguished.
