Sherry Schiff is a leading expert in watershed biogeochemistry and the impacts of climate change on water ecosystems. She has a specific interest and expertise in the development and use of isotopic tools (stable and radioactive) and other tracers to supplement the more traditional geochemical techniques utilized in watershed studies. Sherry’s research program has been recognized for the impact on isotopic and non-isotopic tracers for monitoring key elements within lakes, streams, rivers, forests, and agricultural watersheds.
