PhD Student
Hajr is currently a PhD student in the Neurocognition and Mobility lab. She completed her master's at York University where her thesis examined the relationship between gait and cognition in concussion. Currently, her research aims at understanding the relationship between gait, cognition and brain activity in isolated REM sleep behaviour disorder to identify subclinical predictors of disease progression. Hajr is also interested in using wearable technology to assess free-living movement characteristics in neurodegenerative diseases.
