Optometrist (OD) Program
Registration fees include:
- 20 COPE-accredited (pending) hours of live continuing education for optometrists
- Entrance to trade show
- Bobier and Woodruff Award lectures
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks
- On-site parking
- Preferred room rates at hosting hotel (limited rooms available)

- Full 3 day program (20 CE hours + trade show) - $755
- 2 days: Friday & Saturday (16 CE hours + trade show) - $635
- 2 days: Friday & Sunday (13 CE hours) - $585
- 2 days: Saturday & Sunday (11 CE hours + trade show) - $585
- Friday only (9 CE hours) - $485
- Saturday only (7 CE hours + trade show) - $485
- Sunday only (4 CE hours) - $285
- Trade Show access only, 12-2pm Saturday - $70
Regular Rate Prices* (October 12, 2024 onward)
- Add $95 to all CE program rates listed above

Optometric Staff Program (Saturday only)
Registration fee includes:
- 6 hours live CE programming designed for optometric assistants, ophthalmic technicians, office managers and front desk staff
- Entrance to trade show
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks
- On-site parking
- Preferred room rates at hosting hotel (limited rooms available)
- Reduced price for two or more staff members attending from the same office/clinic
Registration fees:
- Optometric Staff program - $200*
- For two or more Optometric Staff members attending from same office/clinic - $175* per person
- Select this option on the registration form and include the name of the office/clinic on each form
- Each person registered must have their own individual registration form

Refunds
The registration fee, less a $25 service charge, will be refunded if a cancellation request is received in writing a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the event (November 1, 2024). Please submit all refund requests to ce.optometry@uwaterloo.ca.
