Optometric Staff Program (Saturday only)
Includes:
- 6 hours live CE programming designed for optometric assistants, ophthalmic technicians, office managers and front desk staff
- Entrance to trade show
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks
- On-site parking
- Preferred room rates at hosting hotel (limited rooms available)
- Reduced price for two or more staff members attending from the same office/clinic
Registration fees*:
- Optometric Staff program: $210
- For two or more Optometric Staff members attending from same office/clinic: $185 per person
- Select this option on the registration form and include the name of the office/clinic on each form
- Each person registered must have their own individual registration form

Refunds
The registration fee, less a $25 service charge, will be refunded if a cancellation request is received in writing a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the event (October 24, 2025). Please submit all refund requests to ce.optometry@uwaterloo.ca.
