Optometric Staff Program (Saturday only)
Includes:
- 6 hours of in-person CCOA (pending) programming designed for optometric assistants, ophthalmic technicians, office managers and front desk staff
- Onsite parking plus breakfast, lunch and snacks
- Entrance to trade sho
- Preferred room rates at hosting hotel (limited availability)
- Reduced price for two or more optometric staff members attending from the same office/clinic
Registration fees*:
- Individual rate: $220
- Group rate — 2+ attending from the same office/clinic: $195 per person
- Select this option on the registration form and include the name of the office/clinic in the "Additional Notes" section
- Each person must have their own individual registration form

Our Refund Policy
The registration fee, less a $25 service charge, will be refunded if a cancellation request is received in writing to ce.optometry@uwaterloo.ca a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the event. Requests received after that cut-off will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
