A block of hotel rooms at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Hotel and Conference Centre has been set up for this conference at a discounted preferred rate of $185 per room per night. Information on how to reserve a hotel room will be emailed 2-4 business days after registration. Additional questions can be directed to ce.optometry@uwaterloo.ca.
Note: The number of rooms available at the block rate is limited and must be arranged through the hotel directly. The preferred rate can only be held until October 20, 2024, or earlier if the room block becomes fully booked. Any rooms requested after the cut-off number/date are subject to availability and may be at an increased price. Don't delay!
