With respect to formal monitoring of teaching quality, final decisions have not been made about whether the usual student surveys will be used to assess instructor performance in spring. At a more institutional level, during the spring term, we will be doing surveys with instructors and students to gather input about what people feel is working well and what they would like to see adjusted for those courses offered at a distance in the fall.
