Every year, the Waterloo and Kitchener area comes together under the leadership of The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation (KWCF) to make our community a kinder, happier place. Random Act of Kindness Day, now in its sixth year, is an opportunity to connect with others and bring a smile to friends and strangers alike.
The KWCF is one of the University of Waterloo’s valued community partners, and a source of immense charitable and civic contributions to Kitchener and Waterloo areas.
The University of Waterloo “Kindness Krew”, a group of nearly 200 students, staff, and organizers, today are busy all around Waterloo and Kitchener to bring happiness to people wherever they go, to mark the University of Waterloo's first campus-wide 'RAK' Day celebration.
