Office of Real Estate and Planning

The Office of Real Estate and Planning supports the long-term stewardship, planning, and development of campus lands and real estate assets. We support the leasing of space to meet the needs of the campus community, including revenue generation, expansion of space use, and creating research and employment opportunities through partnership with industry. 

We collaborate across the University, as well as with external stakeholders, government, and third-party organizations to respond to the current and future needs of the institution, while supporting the University’s engagement with the broader community.
