Admissions

The admissions team interacts directly with prospective students, parents, applicants, alumni, staff, and faculty to provide services and support that lead to a positive student experience. The team is responsible for:

  • supporting a positive prospective student experience through incredible service, including through participation in recruitment initiatives;
  • making sure that the diverse domestic and international incoming class reflects qualified students;
  • ensuring that admissions decisions are made in a fair, consistent, and justified manner;
  • admitting students in a manner that supports student success and the University’s enrolment targets;
  • playing a direct role in the development and implementation of the institution’s Strategic Enrolment Management (SEM) plan and supporting the financial security of the University;
  • providing strategic advice relating to procedure, policy, pathways, and partnerships relevant to admissions; and
  • liaising with a broad range of partners both on and off campus.
