The Registrar's Office is located on the second floor of Ira Needles Hall (NH). Our Customer Service centre is open weekdays (excluding statutory and university holidays):

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
8:30 a.m.  - 6:00 p.m. - Wednesdays

  2. Sep. 27, 2018New e-commerce forms for October 1

    As of October 1, 2018 credit card companies are changing the way personal information can be collected and stored. Because of these changes, all Office of the Registrar (RO) and Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) forms that include payment information will now be offered through e-commerce. Included forms are:

    • Proof of Enrolment Request
    • Transcript Request
    • Duplicate Diploma Request
    • Replacement Diploma Request
    • Letter of Permission Application
    • Alumni Letter Request for Transcript Assessment
