The Registrar's Office is located in Ira Needles Hall. Our Customer Service centre is on the second floor. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory and University holidays. The Registrar's Office acknowledges that the University of Waterloo is located on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishnaabeg, and Haudenosaunee people. The University of Waterloo is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land promised to the Six Nations that includes ten kilometers on each side of the Grand River.

  1. May 16, 2018Reminder: May 22, 2018 class schedule and potential conflicts

    To make-up for the Victoria Day holiday, on Tuesday, May 22:

    • Waterloo will follow a Monday class schedule.
    • Laurier will follow a (Laurier) Tuesday class schedule.

    If there are scheduling conflicts, it is the student’s responsibility to determine which class(es) they will attend and to advise their instructor of their absence.

    The last day to add classes for spring 2018 is May 14, 2018.

    The last day to drop a class with a 100% tuition refund is May 22, 2018.
