The Registrar's Office is located in Ira Needles Hall. Our Customer Service centre is on the second floor. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory and University holidays. The Registrar's Office acknowledges that the University of Waterloo is located on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishnaabeg, and Haudenosaunee people. The University of Waterloo is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land promised to the Six Nations that includes ten kilometers on each side of the Grand River.

    The last day to add classes for winter 2018 is January 16, 2018.

    The last day to drop a class with a 100% tuition refund is January 23, 2018.
