Systems and data

The systems and data team:

  • delivers effective and efficient customer service to the entire community - staff, faculty, students, and applicants - while adding value to all systems, processes, and data that support their work, studies, and user experiences;
  • is committed to always improve, foster strong relationships, drive continuous improvement, implement efficiencies, and create value add solutions that add meaningful impact to our communities' experiences;
  • provides this support to systems including student information systems (Quest), OnBase, DCU (Infosilem), class scheduling software, and other related systems and for data from each of these.

The team is led by the Director, Systems, Technology and Analytics, Stacey Mahoney.
