Research Technician - she/her
I am a Wetland Field Technician supporting research across the Waterloo Wetland Lab. I contribute to a variety of field projects, working in different wetland and aquatic systems, with a primary focus on invasive Water Soldier (Stratiotes aloides) in Lake Simcoe. My work on the Water Soldier project includes evaluating the effectiveness of removal treatments and examining how Water Soldier management influences the broader aquatic community. I completed my undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, Ecology at the University of Waterloo.
