The first social event of the school year will be held on Thursday, September 4th! Please join us at the Huether Hotel (59 King Street North, Waterloo) at 4:30 pm for some free food and a chance to mingle with our incoming cohort of graduate students.
Wednesday (August 20th) will be the last social event of the school year!!! Please join us at Chainsaw at 4:30 pm for free appetizers and a fun end-of-summer event so we can enjoy the last of the good weather with friends. This is also an opportunity to meet the incoming Masters of Public Health (MPH) students!

The SPHHS Graduate Students Association invites grad students, faculty, staff and their families to join us at the Waterloo Community Clean-up on Saturday, April 26 from 10am-noon. Enjoy the spring weather as we roll up our sleeves to get Waterloo Park ready for another season of outdoor fun.
Mark your calendars and get your tickets for the 3rd Annual SPHHS SnowBall. This holiday event is a semi-formal private dinner and DJ'd dance event for SPHHS faculty, staff and grads. Join us at Golf's Steakhouse and Seafood on Tuesday, December 3. Cocktails start at 6:00pm and dinner at 7:30pm.
Join the SPHHS team in the year’s Kitchener-Waterloo Relay for Life on Friday June 13th.
For some stress relief during this busy time, we have organized a St. Patrick’s Day House Crawl. The event will take place on March 17th and start at 6pm at the 1st house. The event will end around 10pm. $15 for drinks and snacks at 3 different houses and the guarantee of a good time!
