Graduate students
Opportunities are available for students wishing to pursue Masters of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. Highly motivated students who are interested in performing research in the fields of inorganic chemistry, materials science, electrochemistry, spectroscopy, surface science or catalysis are encouraged to contact Prof. Smith.
Our labs are located in the Chemistry Department at the University of Waterloo. The graduate programs are administered by the Guelph-Waterloo Centre for Graduate Work in Chemistry and Biochemistry (GWC)2. This arrangement enables students to benefit from the unique strengths of the Chemistry Departments at both University of Waterloo and University of Guelph.
Postdoctoral researchers
