External members or any member paying with a credit card will be taken to our secured Spotify e-commerce website.
Internal members will go through a University of Waterloo form that sets up an approval process with your supervisor(s) for payment.

Note that you do not need to submit this form, once you have answered enough questions you will be provided with a link you can use to register.
