The accountability framework is a critical component of the strategic plan, and vital to Waterloo’s transparency as an institution. The framework will identify indicators and establish targets for each of the goal areas, and will be used to understand our progress over the five years of the Strategic Plan. As part of the framework, we will develop a reporting schedule for leadership bodies.
