Resources to support well-being
Mustard is a play that explores spaces in which characters are experiencing and struggling with a range of personal, familial, and social issues that might affect individuals in intimate and profound ways. These areas include grief, anxiety, suicide, alienation, teen pregnancy, addiction, physical violence, domestic conflicts, parent-youth dynamics, bullying, divorce/separation. Much of the work in preparing research for the play focused on some of these areas and we have made these resources available. Yet, research and information need to be supported with empathy and knowing that you are not alone. If you are feeling overwhelmed, overcome by stress, or finding it a struggle to manage, we are offering a list of resources for support.
