Assist with faculty-wide graduate programs, theses, funding and scholarships, travel, admissions, student records; administrative support to Associate Dean, Graduate Studies and Associate Dean, Research.
Review of expense claims and research compliance; Sessional contracts for all departments, graduate student teaching and TA’s; Preparation of Postdoctoral Fellow, Visiting Scholar/Researcher appointment letters; Work Placement program coordinator
Financial strategy, long-term planning activities, and internal control; Financial management and collaboration at the university level; Staff leadership, training, development activities and other financial matters
Financial management and compliance review of research expenditures; Inquiries regarding eligible expense on research grants; Administrative questions regarding research accounts (account number, invoices)
Arts First inquiries, English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) inquiries, staff liaison for English Language Proficiency Exam (ELPE), first-year student course selection. Students: ARTS 102/130/140 course overrides.
