AUO Advisor Appointment Request Form

Welcome to the Arts booking page. Your advisors are here to support you in several different ways - with academic support, exploring campus resources, and course enrolment amongst other things you might need help with. We are friendly, non-judgmental advisors who want to help you in a confidential, safe environment. 

Advising appointments are offered Monday to Friday from 10:00-12:00pm and 1:00- 3:30pm, with walk-in advising available on Wednesdays.

Personal information
This form books appointments with advisors for the following student groups. Please select which one applies to you:

NOTE:

  • Students co-registered with St. Jerome's University (SJU) should visit  SJU Academic Advising. 
  • Upper-year students with a declared major should contact your Arts Major Advisor first for questions related to your major.
  • Students in AFM, CFM, SFM and GBDA should contact your program advisor.

Appointments are booked Monday- Friday between 10:00 am and 3:30 pm.

If you’re free any time that you don’t have class, you can write “any time I’m not in class” and we’ll book based on your class schedule

Note: for 2A+ Honours Arts and Business students, if you have questions about your major/minor/specialization or about co-op, please connect directly with your major advisor. Your ARBUS advisor can meet with you to discuss your ARBUS specific courses and requirements.
