TIMS Technician
Mike (M.Sc. Waterloo) is responsible for the operation of a Triton Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer (TIMS). He is in charge of all aspects of this facility including processing data and reporting the results to the lab office; supervising and teaching analytical techniques to staff, students and guest researchers; and developing analytical technique and writing technical procedures. Although the TIMS facility is a separate entity at this time, the EIL provides quotes, billing and technical support.
